AMS WILL UNVEIL INNOVATIVE NEWS AT THE METS TRADE IN AMSTERDAM (November 16th-18th)

At METS Trade Exhibition AMS will present telescopic masts, innovative handling systems, awnings with carbon poles, motorized carbon and titanium pop-up cleats and a virtual reality viewer to have the opportunity to interact live with the movements and the systems designed by the company.

It will also be possible to learn more about the latest innovation born from an idea by Videoworks (leader in home automation, audio/video and IT): the cutting-edge pop-up speaker, for indoors and outdoors , totally retractable, of which AMS oversaw the design of the entire system as well as the silent retractable mechanism.

Born from the collaboration with Cantiere delle Marche is the “A-FRAME” crane, the challenging project that has achieved international success, entirely designed by AMS for the first time on board a luxury yacht: the CdM Flexplorer MY Aurelia.

The A-FRAME is a highly sophisticated engineering product built entirely of carbon fiber to be as light and stiff as possible. It is composed of two longitudinal beams and a transverse cylindrical element that holds the winch leaving it free to rotate to always remain in a perpendicular position.

At the AMS stand at the Superyacht Pavilion Hall 7 n ° 07.148 it will also be possible to see a mooring system that goes beyond the boundaries of innovation and design: the pop-up cleat in carbon and titanium produced and marketed by I-Carbon and entirely designed by AMS.

It is the strongest and lightest bollard on the market (compared to others of the same size) and can be placed on any type of deck surface, composite, fiberglass, aluminium, steel or wood. It is easy to install on board and does not require drainage thanks to the watertight seals between the rod and the cylinder.

The bollard visible at the AMS stand is automatic and motorized and can be controlled via keypad, even from the wheelhouse.

The manual version of the pop-up cleat in titanium and carbon is instead a finalist in the prestigious DAME AWARD, the largest marine competition in the world for 30 years.
