AMS – Advanced Mechanical Solutions: Innovations on Board the Navetta 50 by Custom Line

AMS is proud to present its recent work on board the prestigious Navetta 50 Yacht by Custom Line. Our team has provided cutting-edge mechanical solutions to enhance functionality and optimize space on this luxury yacht. Here is a detailed overview of the systems we have developed:

Supplied Systems:

• Aluminum Side Garage Door: Designed for easy access and optimal space utilization.

• Folding Aft Gunwales: Located on both the port and starboard sides of the stern, these gunwales feature integrated sliding carbon panels, allowing for a fully enclosed stern during navigation. When the central retractable ladder is stowed, the panels provide a seamless closure, maintaining the yacht’s elegant aesthetics.

• Tender Launch Overhead Crane with a 1700kg Capacity: A double-beam crane with a lateral sliding system, designed to maximize garage space. Despite a minimal 150mm clearance between the tender and the ceiling, our innovative solution ensures smooth and efficient handling of the tender.

• Carbon Fiber Rescue Crane: With a 500kg capacity and a 3700mm outreach, this crane is designed for functionality and convenience. Its lightweight structure allows for quick disassembly into two parts for easy stowage. Additionally, it is equipped with an electric winch that can be operated with a standard power drill and a manual winch with a dual braking system for enhanced safety.
