AMS contribution to the new Genoa Bridge, a true piece of engineering and ingenuity in all of its aspects, is a testament to our approach, skills and technical capabilities.
AMS designed the carbon arms that support sensors which detect any detail: the robot ensures the bridge inspection thanks to the cameras mounted on the arms that slide under the bridge’s structure. These cameras analyze the color spectrum to detect any failure and produce 3D models. Carbon arms design for the Genoa Bridge is one of AMS’s greatest pride as it was a very complex project due to the need of achieving the highest standards. The convergence of technologies used in this unprecedent project can be used in all other major infrastructure, especially for visual inspection.
