Lightweight, robust and easy to install, carbon fibre stanchions superbly designed and produced by AMS are the perfect complement to any kind of yacht adding to decks, balconies, swim platforms an eye-catching effect.
AMS produces both fixed and removable stanchions that can be quickly removed and stored. Fixed stanchions are installed on a deck interface in mirror finish stainless steel bases while the removable ones are mounted on quick-lock fixtures.
Straight, curved or custom shaped on request, AMS stanchion poles in pre-preg or chopped carbon fibre are laminated in epoxy resin and can be finished with high-gloss or matte carbon look, and are also available in painted finish. Coupled to Dyneema ® lines, a composite unidirectional laminate, our stanchions enhance protection and allow leaning outboard in total safety.
To keep decks, balconies, bulwarks rails secure, the Dyneema ® lines tension is adjusted with stainless steel turnbuckles.
